Responsibility
GE Puntozero Solution is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site, even for delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, nor for non-correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to GE Puntozero Solution. < / span>

Ordini
Il cliente che effettua l’ordine via Internet riceverà, al termine della procedura, una comunicazione di conferma dalla ricezione dell’ordine tramite posta elettronica (E-mail), con l’indicazione del relativo numero d’ordine.
La comunicazione che si riceve, consiste nella conferma della ricezione, da parte di GE Puntozero Solution dell’ordine effettuato.
Non è accettazione dello stesso.
Prezzi
Tutti i prezzi inseriti nel sito, nello spazio relativo sono da intendersi prezzi IVA inclusa.
I prezzi possono essere modificati in qualsiasi momento, senza alcun preavviso.
GE Puntozero Solution si riserva, a suo insindacabile giudizio, il diritto di non procedere alla spedizione della merce, anche dopo aver ricevuto l’ordine, a quei clienti che risultassero fuori fido, ovvero con insoluto o in contenzioso.
Diritto di recesso
Modalità di recesso
GE Puntozero Solution riconosce il diritto di recesso come previsto dalla normativa vigente D.Lgs. n. 206/2005. Il termine utile per avvalersi di tale diritto è di 14 (quattordici) giorni dal ricevimento della merce, entro i quali il cliente è tenuto a darne comunicazione, tramite almeno una delle seguenti modalità:

GE Puntozero Solution recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. Right to free withdrawal

After checking the integrity of the goods, we will re-credit the Customer the sum already paid through the chosen and agreed method, while, in the case of choosing to replace the product, the costs of sending the new product will be at our expense.
The refund covers all sums paid and will be made no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from receipt of the goods in the warehouse.
They will not come cash on delivery parcels accepted.

Times and methods
GE Puntozero Solution accepts only orders that require delivery on the Italian territory.
If you want shipments outside the Italian territory, please contact us by e-mail or by telephone at the addresses on our site.
GE Puntozero Solution confirms receipt of the order by sending an automatic summary e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by customer in the order itself.
In the case of a choice of items not currently available, you will be promptly notified to the contacts you left at the time of registration.
GE Puntozero Solution prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the courier GLS Italia or Poste Italiane.
Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, except holidays (hereinafter “Business Day / s”). By Hours we mean the hours included in the Working Days.

Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are paid upon completion of the order.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs amount to a variable amount based on the volume of items in the order.
Delivery times and types
Delivery is made on Business Days from 08:30 to 18:00.
In the case of standard delivery made by the courier, the first delivery is made with prior notice through mobile messaging.
In case of absence of the customer, the courier retries the delivery on the next working day.
If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will go into storage at the closest courier depot.
The customer will then be contacted by GE Puntozero Solution by e-mail to arrange a further delivery or cancellation of the order.
Delivery times to the Courier
Delivery times to the courier vary in depending on the chosen payment method and product availability:
